The Gift Card referred to in these Terms and Conditions is issued by, and owned by, The ONE Grand Hotel Póvoa, with headquarters in Largo do Passeio Alegre, 20 4490-428 Póvoa de Varzim.
The Gift Card is subject to these Terms and Conditions, and upon purchasing it, the buyer is deemed to have read and accepted them.
Each Gift Card has a unique reference code and:
- It can be used for accommodation at The ONE Grand Hotel Póvoa and meals at the hotel's outlets: Majestic Grand Restaurant, Majestic Origens Xperience Restaurant and Majestic Tea & Coffee Lounge .
- After purchasing the Gift Card, it cannot be returned.
- The Gift Card is sold only to individuals, for a variable amount, determined by the customer, between €50.00 (fifty euros) and €200.00 (two hundred euros), with all fees included.
- The use of the Gift Card is subject to availability at The ONE Grand Hotel Póvoa.
- The ONE Grand Hotel Póvoa may apply blackout dates and other restrictions.
- For all services, advance reservations must be made and the Gift Card must be presented upon arrival at the Hotel.
- The Gift Card is for single use and cannot be used partially, nor exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash.
- If expenses exceed the value of the Gift Card, the remainder will be paid directly at the Hotel Reception.
- The Gift card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance and cannot be used outside of that period.
- The ONE Grand Hotel Póvoa is not responsible for the loss or theft of the Gift Card. The Gift Card is not replaceable in case of loss, damage, theft, expiration and will be canceled if altered, photocopied or reproduced.
- The ONE Grand Hotel Póvoa will require a reservation guarantee via credit card.
- The ONE Grand Hotel Póvoa is not responsible for omissions or spelling errors on the Gift Card.
- The ONE Grand Hotel Póvoa reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation, application, execution, termination thereof, it must be submitted to the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center.
